Academic section is main component of the administrative infrastructure of RMD College of Agriculture & Research Station Ambikapur through which the college prepares time tables and runs the different courses in the college Teaching Departments. For this purpose, through this section, various authorities like, Academic Council, Academic Planning and Evaluation Board, Faculties, Board of Studies and Research Degree Committees etc. are constituted and functions as per provisions of the University Act. The present administrative structure of the Section along with related work elements is as below.
