The College library is situated outside of the ‘College Building’. the college can also access all online e-journals and other e-databases subscribed by Nehru Library, IGKV Raipur through Remote-Login access. CARS Library Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) provides access to the catalogue of library resources. Internet facility is available in eight computers of library, and students also use  Computer Lab for consulting eBooks, e-Journals and other e-Resources.College library has seating capacity of 60 students at a time, which is always extendible.College.
The library houses around 9318 books which covers different sub- areas of Agricultural Scienceviz., Agronomy, Horticulture, Genetics and Plant Breeding, Plant Biotechnology, Soil Science, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Pathology, Entomology, Agricultural Statistics, Microbiology, Weed Science, Meteorology, Seed Science & technology, Organic Farming , etc. It includes textbooks, reference books, CDs, DVDs, reports, etc and new books are addedregularly. The opening hours of library are 10.00 AM – 5.30 PM in all working days.
